Services and payment

The service package offered is represented by the 2 subscription options below:

Player subscription - 1 year subscription for football players, subscription price: 200 ron.

Club subscription - the monthly or 1 year subscription, depending on the user's choice, for football clubs. The price of the subscription is 400 ron/month or 4800 ron/year, depending on the billing frequency chosen by the user.

Subscription payments are made by bank card (VISA, MASTERCARD) through the technical platform of the payment processor Netopia Payments, according to the implemented policies.

The provision (delivery) of the service, i.e. the activation of the subscription and the rights to use the platform, shall be deemed to have been fulfilled upon confirmation and payment of the order by the user from the latter having automatic access to the services offered for a fee on the platform after confirmation of payment.

Cancellation and return policy (subscriptions)

TRIO CONCEPT SPORT S.R.L., Romanian legal entity, Reșița, str. Castanilor nr. 7, jud. Caraș-Severin, e-mail contact@footballmarket.ro, registered with the Trade Register under no. J11/317/2023, CUI 48209827, as Owner of the domain footballmarket.ro, respectively of the platform: https://footballmarket.ro and Beneficiary - any person registered on the platform footballmarket.ro via username (email) and password, who has purchased the access services as a subscription, we agree as follows:

• The beneficiary can cancel the subscription at any time from his user account and will continue to have access to the services of the Platform until the end of the subscription period.
• Given the nature of the services provided, namely access to information and access to certain restricted sections of the Platform, the Platform Owner will not refund any amounts paid by Users. De Also, the Platform Owner will not offer refunds or credits for periods during which the Beneficiary does not a used the Platform or for non-use of content made available on the Platform.
• In order to cancel a subscription, the Beneficiary must access the "Settings" page under the section "Subscriptions and payments" and follow the cancellation instructions. If the Beneficiary cancels the subscription, the services will be suspended automatically at end of the subscription period specified in the Beneficiary's account in the "Subscriptions and Payments".
